When asked, “What are the prettiest game fish to catch?”  Karen’s answer is always Mahi Mahi.  Dolphin fish are brilliantly colored fish that light up with iridescent blues, greens, gold, yellow and orange colors.  They are excellent sport fish, that fight hard and can leap from the water.  They are caught on lures and live baits, and are usually found around floating objects at sea.  Not to mention, they are EXCELLENT grilled with just butter and garlic!
